Nova Speaker Cable: Reference-Grade Material Execution
Nova takes Flare’s proven architecture, separated conductors and air dielectric construction and executes it with reference-grade materials.
Same Fundamental Design: Nova employs identical architecture to Flare, completely independent positive and negative runs, air as primary dielectric, integrated BCS (Boundary Condition Stabilizer) for RF management. The physical approach to low capacitance, low inductance, and dielectric absorption elimination is unchanged.
Material Advancement: Nova employs conductors selected for superior performance at RF frequencies where amplifier switching noise and speaker back-EMF create contamination, and during microsecond-domain transients where conductor surface properties affect signal fidelity.
Enhanced Dielectric Structure: Nova refines the air dielectric implementation with natural fiber materials in strategic locations. Natural fibers have lower dielectric constant and absorption than synthetic materials while offering superior vibration damping.
The Refinement You’ll Hear:
Nova doesn’t change Flare’s character; it refines what can be achieved:
Even Lower Noise Floor: The background drops another increment. Low-level detail, string body resonances, hall reflections, subtle instrumental textures, becomes more clearly resolved. Deeper silence between notes.
Enhanced Transient Articulation: Attack transients gain slightly sharper leading edges. The sense of speed and precision improves. Less electronic rounding of fast transient events, percussion, piano strikes, plucked strings arrive with greater clarity.
Superior Tonal Accuracy: Instrumental timbres sound more acoustically correct. The electronic character that homogenizes instruments diminishes further. Different violins sound more distinct from each other. Piano brands become more recognizable.
Improved Bass Definition: Already excellent control from Flare becomes even more precise. Bass notes have clearer pitch definition, faster attack, and more controlled decay. Less overhang, better articulation of complex bass lines.
Greater Spatial Resolution: Soundstage gains additional depth perspective and more precise image placement. The three-dimensional sense of space, front to back, side to side, height, becomes more clearly defined.
